Privacy Policy.
Effective October 23, 2026. Relentless Strength, founded by Tony Chowdhury and also referred to on this website as “Relentless,” “we” or “us,” provides commercial gym equipment, custom rigs, turf, sports courts, rubber flooring and facility layout services through werelentless.com. This policy explains how we handle information from prospective customers, business representatives and website visitors. Privacy contact: aidan@fusiongyms.com.
1. Information you provide
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our enquiry, quote, discount and other contact channels. This can include your name, business name, role, email, telephone number, facility location, type and size of space, budget, planned opening date, equipment selections and quantities, and your Project Brief describing your business vision and requirements. If you send plans, drawings, branding files or correspondence separately, we use those materials for the requested project. Order-related communications may include billing, delivery, installation and warranty details.
We also record submission dates, enquiry references, discount references, communication preferences and, when you select SMS consent, the separate consent choices, disclosure version and source form. Please provide only information you are authorised to share. Do not enter payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, passwords or other sensitive personal data in a Project Brief. The website does not collect online checkout payments.
2. Local drafts and downloaded briefs
The enquiry form can save an unfinished draft and quote basket in your browser’s local storage. Selecting “Download this brief” creates a local file; that action alone does not submit the brief to Relentless Strength. Selecting the form’s submission button sends the entered information to us. If you use the email option, your email provider handles the message when you send it.
Use “Clear draft” or your browser’s storage controls to remove an unfinished local draft. A successful form submission clears the saved draft, but keeps the submitted record with us. Downloaded files and copies you send to others remain under your control. Clearing browser data does not delete previously submitted information or downloaded files. Avoid saving confidential drafts on shared devices.
3. Technical information, cookies and third-party services
Hosting, security and network services process connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps and requested resources. Form abuse prevention uses hashed network identifiers. If you accept optional visit measurement, we record a random browser identifier, consent time, latest visit time, visit count and latest page path. This is pseudonymous information, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Our Cookie Policy describes essential storage, optional measurement and withdrawal controls. Global Privacy Control disables our optional visit measurement. No advertising-platform tracking is currently connected to this website. Google Fonts receives standard connection information when fonts load. External websites, email providers and social platforms process information under their own policies. If you submit a Facebook lead form, Facebook’s handling of that submission is also subject to its privacy terms; information supplied to us is handled under this policy.
4. How we use information
We use business contact details and project information to respond to enquiries; assess facility and equipment requirements; develop conceptual layouts; prepare and revise quotations; coordinate manufacturing, delivery and installation; provide order support and warranty assistance; document approvals and preferences; protect the website; and meet recordkeeping and other applicable legal obligations. Optional marketing is handled separately from a request for service.
Where a law requires a specified legal basis, we rely, as applicable, on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, your consent, or our legitimate interests in communicating with business contacts, managing projects and protecting our services, subject to your rights. Providing an employee’s business email does not remove that person’s applicable privacy rights. We do not use Project Briefs to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
5. No sale of leads or proprietary gym concepts
Relentless Strength does not sell, rent or trade business lead information, proprietary gym concepts, budgets, facility plans or submitted Project Briefs to third-party brokers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Submitting a concept does not transfer your ownership to us or authorise us to publish it. The limited project-use permission in our Terms & Conditions allows us to evaluate and carry out your request.
6. Limited disclosures
Information may be made available to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose, including website hosting, database administration, email and communication delivery, professional advice, manufacturing coordination, freight and installation. Disclosures are limited to what is reasonably needed and subject to appropriate confidentiality or service restrictions. We do not provide an entire confidential Project Brief to a carrier when delivery details are sufficient.
We may also disclose information where legally required, to establish or defend legal claims, to prevent fraud or serious harm, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation subject to applicable privacy and confidentiality protections. These circumstances do not authorise sale of leads or transfer of SMS permission for another business’s marketing. The SMS restrictions below apply to all categories of disclosure.
7. SMS and email choices
Relentless Strength offers optional informational texts about equipment enquiries, quotes, project updates, appointments, orders and delivery coordination, and separately optional marketing texts about equipment news, discounts and offers. Each website SMS consent box is initially unchecked and optional. You may select either, both or neither. Providing a telephone number or submitting a request alone does not authorise SMS. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, a quote or a discount. Participants must be 18 or older.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact aidan@fusiongyms.com. We keep consent and suppression information as needed to document and honour your choices. See the SMS Terms & Conditions.
No sharing of SMS opt-in data
Mobile numbers, mobile information, and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Subcontractors may process information on our behalf solely to provide support services, such as customer service and message delivery. They may not use it for their own purposes. All other information-sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: these records will not be shared with any third parties. SMS permission is never transferred to another business.
Email news and offers use a separate optional choice. Email aidan@fusiongyms.com to withdraw that permission. Marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary non-marketing correspondence about an active request or order, or legally required notices, through an appropriate channel.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and its use, including HTTPS in transit, authenticated administrative access, form validation and abuse controls. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure.
We retain commercial enquiry and consulting information for as long as reasonably needed to assess and fulfil the request, maintain active client relationships, manage quotations and revisions, deliver orders, administer warranties, document consent, meet tax and other recordkeeping duties, and establish or defend claims. Retention depends on the information’s sensitivity, the project’s status, applicable limitation periods and legal requirements. Enquiry and discount records currently remain in the database until removed by the team; there is no automatic expiry of those records. Optional visitor records older than 90 days of inactivity are removed during subsequent visit processing.
9. Access, correction and permanent deletion
Individuals and authorised corporate representatives may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their submitted information by emailing aidan@fusiongyms.com. Include your business name, the email used for the submission, an enquiry or order reference if available, and the requested action. We may verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing records; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
For a verified deletion request, we will remove information we no longer need from active records and instruct relevant service providers as required by law. We may retain limited records necessary for an existing contract, warranty, tax or legal obligation, dispute, fraud prevention, or to honour an opt-out. Restricted backup copies may remain until overwritten in the normal backup cycle and must not be restored for ordinary use after deletion. We will explain any applicable exception. Deletion from our systems cannot remove copies you independently shared with others.
Depending on your location and the law’s applicability, individuals may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, appeal of a denied request, and a complaint to their privacy regulator. We respond within applicable legal time limits and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. An authorised agent may act where permitted, subject to verification. Corporate requests do not displace the independent rights of identifiable employees or contacts.
10. International enquiries and children
We operate from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in countries where relevant service providers operate, whose laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the transfer must use an authorised mechanism and required protections. Contact our privacy address for information about processing locations and safeguards relevant to your request. Using this site does not waive mandatory local privacy rights.
This website is directed to adult business purchasers and is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
We will post policy updates with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for a material change. An update does not retroactively authorise a use that requires new consent. For privacy, access or accessibility requests, contact aidan@fusiongyms.com. For equipment, design, delivery or order matters, contact ceo@fusiongyms.com.
